1. General Questions
If you want to ask a general question which has nothing to do with any product on this website, then just post your question in the right column under "Questions/comments", or essentially this page http://www.irenelim.com/index.php?dispatch=discussion.view&thread_id=6
2. Product Questions
Got a question about a specific product? Then please go to the product details page and click on the "Remarks/Comments" tab, and post your questions or remarks there.
3. Product Category Questions
Our products are categorized into categories such as Dresses, Blouses, Jackets etc. You click on the categories to view them, and at the bottom of each category's page, you will see a form for you to post your questions or comments.
- Why I cannot see my question or comment? I have already posted it.
Please note that your questions/comments will not be visible immediately after you have posted them. We moderate all questions and comments. In other words, we need to approve all questions/comments in order to filter out spams.
After your question or comment is approved, they will appear on the website. We will also promptly reply to the question or comment where applicable.
