How to Buy

How do I buy from you?
Add one or more products to the shopping cart. You can find out the latest and discounted products in the "Featured Products" list. Click on the button "Add to Cart" to add the product you want to buy to the shopping cart.
To see more products, please click on each of the product categories located at the top left column. You can also find them in the "Catalog" tab at the top.
Once you have added one or more products to the shopping cart, you can see them in the quick preview at the top bar. Click on the shopping cart icon to open the cart.
Click on the button "Checkout" when you are ready to place an order for the products. If you want to shop for more products, just continue browsing the website and find more products to add to the shopping cart.
Clicking on the "Checkout" button will bring you to your shopping cart. If you have not signin, then please signin first.
Once you have signed-in, you will see your shopping cart, where all the products you have added are listed.
Make sure all the products you wish to buy are correctly listed in the cart items list.
If you have any discount coupon or gift certificate, you can enter them now to get some discounts. You can of course enter the reward points you want to use for this order, to get more discounts! For more info on reward points, click here.
Now, you can check your contact information, delivery address and select your shipping method. Please note that we only arrange for COD in Puchong and Shah Alam for the time being. Select Poslaju for fastest and hassle free delivery. Click on "Save". The system automatically recalculates your total.
Next, choose how do you want to make your payment, and then click on "Place order" to submit your order to us. After an order is placed, please make your payment in 3 days. Once payment is made, notify us so that we can process your order more quickly.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will see your order's info. If you have signed up as a member, then you can come back to this page to see your order info anytime in your Account.
Check back this order info page often. You will see the status change from "Open" to "Processed" after we have received your payment. You will also be able to see the Poslaju tracking code the day after we have dispatched your parcel. You can click on the tracking code to trace the parcel's delivery.
