  • What is product reservations?

    Product reservation

    This feature allows you to reserve a product or products to you, so that you have more time to shop for more products to be added to your order, before you finalize the order and make payment. By default all reserved products must be added to the shopping cart and be submitted in an order within 3 days. After 3 days, unordered reservations will be automatically expired and be made available to other shoppers.

    On our discretion, if you continuously let many of your reservations expire (or remove them manually yourself), we may penalize you by reducing your reservation days from the default 3 days.

  • How to reserve a product?

    Simply click on the "Add to Reservation List" button located beside each product. You will be asked to login if you haven't done so.

    Once the product is reserved, you will see a summary such as the following...

    This basically shows you when your reservation will expire and be available to other shoppers. You are advised to add the product to your shopping cart and place an order before the "end reservation date".

  • How to make an order for a product which I have reserved?

    Note: You only make an order when you are ready to make payment, and for us to deliver the items to you. Do not place an order if you are not ready to "conclude" your shopping or if you wish to add more items in the next 1 or 2 days.

    Click on the link "Reservation List" under "My account". You will be brought to the page "Reservation List content" where all your product reservations are shown.

    Add to cart

    Click on the button "Add to cart" to add the reserved product(s) to your shopping cart. After that, proceed as usual; either checkout or shop for more products.

  • How long can I reserve a product?

    By default, 3 days. If you are a good customer with good product reservation records, we will reward you with more reservation days so that you are able to reserve for more days. This is completely up to our discretion.

  • Can I remove reserved products?

    Yes, you can. In fact if you do not make an order, reserved products will expire and be removed automatically after the "end reservation date". But do not let too many of your reserved products expire, and do not remove too many of your reserved products. Otherwise you may be penalized with less reservation days (from the default 3 days).

    On the other hand, good members with good reservation records will earn more reservation days (from the default 3 days). So, do not reserve a product if you are not sure if you want to place an order for it, and only make a reservation when you are absolutely sure you will make an order for that product.

    To remove a reservation, simply click on the cross next to each item reserved.

  • Why I don't see the "Add to Reservation List" button for some products?

    You cannot reserve or order products which are out of stock.

    For out of stock products, you will see a message such as "xx pieces reserved by other customers". This shows you how many pieces this product (with color and size) are reserved by other customers.

    If these reservations expire, they will be made available to you to reserve or order.

    So, if you see that some pieces of the product are reserved by other customers, please come back often, you might still be able to reserve or order that product! Don't lost hope! :)
