  Shoulder width= 43-44
  Bust width=42
  waist width=49-50

  I am not so familiar with EUR 38/medium sizes… I think best is perhaps you measure your existing clothes and compare to the measurements of my clothes. Then you will have a better idea what size/measurement fits you best.
