Delicate pleating and gathered empire waist detail the V bustline of this glossy cocktail dress. These pleating details help to draw the eye to the sexiest part of your figure.   this one quite similar to the ndg529. Yes, it’s suitable for dinner. The straps can’t be adjusted. If you felt sexy, just add a mini jacket.
