Reservation Cancellation

Dear shoppers and customers, we are indeed happy to have your support over the years. Thank you millions. However, it has come to our attention that sometimes it gives us a lot of restocking and invetory work when reservation are cancelled. We regret we have to do this, but effective immediately, every reservation cancellation will be charged RM10.

To Order

Ordering is simple:-

a) You order through the contact form or MSN (Windows Live Messenger). Let us know:

Your name
Email address
Tel/Mobile number
Shipping/delivery address
The dress code
Dress color (if applicable), and quantity

We will reply you when we receive the order.

b) You make the payment. We will email or MSN you our bank account details.

c) Once payment is received, we will deliver the dress on the next working day through Poslaju.

FAQ

How do you delivery to buyers?
We usually deliver via Poslaju on the next working day after payment is received. On rare cases where an item is restocked, we may need to wait for the restocked item to reach us first before a delivery is made (you will be informed before hand in this case).
How long will it take for my dress to arrive?
Poslaju will usually take 1 working day to deliver in Klang Valley, and up to 2 working days to other parts of West Malaysia. Add 1 working day to that to East Malaysia.
Poslaju, wow, isn't that expensive?
Not really. RM7 for 1 to 2 dresses for delivery within West Malaysia. RM9 for East Malaysia.
Can COD be arranged?
Yes, but only for purchases more than RM100 in total and in Klang Valley areas.
How do we pay you?
Payment can be made by online transfer or cash deposit to our Maybank account. Paypal is also accepted. For COD, you pay us cash of course.
Can we request for return or exchange?
Yes, you can. Please read our return policy.
